🔍Multipurpose Glue 🔍Structural Epoxy Glue 🔍Structural Acrylic Glue 🔍Epoxy Resin for Potting 📜EverBonder® Multipurpose Glue How-to-use: 1. Take out the cap and remove the aluminum foil. 2. Install the nozzle on the tube and cut it to the size that you prefer. 3. Clean the surface before applying the glue. 4. Squeeze the glue on the substrate and bond it with the other parts. 5. Hold it for a while, for some specific applications, you can use tape, binder clips, clamp, etc. for a temporary holder. 6. Do not move the substrate for 30 to 60 minutes. 7. It can be fixed entirely after 12 to 24 hours. After 7 days, it can reach maximum strength. Storage: 1. Use the cloth to clean a tube and a nozzle. Please make sure there is no residual glue left on the tube. 2. Seal the container immediately and tightly after used. 3. Store in a dry place and keep it away from moisture. 4. Keeping in an air-tight bag and cool temperature (14-34°C) for longer shelf life. 5. The glue can be kept for 3 years from the production date. Reuse: 1. Use a pin to pry out the dried chunks of glue inside the tube. 2. Squeeze the glue out to make sure there is no residual glue left. 📜EverBonder® Structural Epoxy Glue Usage without mixing tube 1. Clean the surface before applying the glue. 2. Take out the cap from the cartridge and wear gloves 3. Apply the small amount of glue on the empty board and make sure it mixed well with a plastic stick. 4. Use the plastic stick to spread the glue evenly on the substrates which need to be bonded. 5. Hold it for a while, for some specific applications, you can use tape, binder clips, clamp, etc. for a temporary holder. 6. Depend on the thickness of the glue, do not move the substrate for within 30 to 60 minutes to avoid displacement and unstable joints. 7. After use, please wipe the glue outside cartridge with pieces of cloth and return the cap on cartridge. 8. Fast curing version: the glue will fully cure and achieve maximum bonding strengthafter 3 hours. Slow curing version: the glue will fully cure in 12 to 24 hours and achieve maximum bonding strength 7 days Usage with mixing tube 1. Clean the surface before applying the glue. 2. Take out the cap from the cartridge, wear gloves and install the mixing tube to the cartridge. 3. Apply the small amount of glue on the empty board, dispense and discard approximately one ml of glue because it has not been mixed evenly. 4. Begin applying the glue to substrates which need to be bonded. 5. Hold it for a while, for some specific applications, you can use tape, binder clips, clamp, etc. for a temporary holder. 6. After mixing according to the proportion, mix glue evenly with the stirring rod for 5 to 10 minutes. 2. Be sure to stir until the glue is clear and completely mixed after at least 5 minutes. 3. When mixing, use a stir stick to scrape the bottom and edges to ensure the glue is evenly mixed 4. If you need to add pigments or glitter, it is recommended to add them after the A and B agents are evenly mixed and before defoaming 5. Although the product is a low-odor product, it may release a slight smell. It is recommended to use it in well-ventilated place. Defoaming 1. The bubbles in the glue can be eliminated by heating. 2. You can use hot water around 60 degrees or a heated coaster to speed up the bubbles bursting. The bubbles will gather in the middle. At that time, you can use toothpicks to move the bubbles to the edges to remove them. 3. You also can use the vacuum machine to eliminate bubbles. This method can eliminate bubbles completely. 4. After defoaming is completed, pour the glue into the prepared mold. Decorative materials can be added at this time. (Ex: flower, specimens, sequins) Potting 1. If there is a large amount of potting required, please use slow curing epoxy resin and infuse in batches. 2. Recommended potting volume for slow curing epoxy resin : 1kg; volume about 17.5cm*6.5cm*6cm. Recommended volume for fast curing epoxy resin: <100g 3. When pouring multiple layers, the second layer should be poured only after the first layer cools down. Otherwise, continuous accumulation will cause excessive heat release. Demoulding 1. It is necessary to to confirm that the glue has completely cured before demoulding. 2. Be aware that the corners will be a little sharp when removing the glue out of the mold Storage 1. Seal the container immediately and tightly after used. 2. Store in a dry place and keep it away from high temperature and moisture. 3. Store product at room temperature (14-34°C)
